Dr. Robyn MacBeth

Occupational & Environmental Specialist

Dr Robyn MacBeth is a Specialist Occupational and Environmental Physician with 20+ years’ experience in clinical occupational and environmental medicine.

Dr MacBeth completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at The University of Melbourne in 1995 and attained a Graduate Diploma in Occupational and Environmental Health at Monash University in November 2006, and the Australian Certificate of Civil Aviation Medicine in July 2005.

Dr MacBeth is a Teaching Associate at Monash University, teaching third year medical students, and has been in an onsite role as the Company Occupational Physician at GlaxoSmithKline, since July 2007.

Dr MacBeth commenced private occupational medicine consultancy practice in July 2016, which includes independent medical examinations. In December 2019, she was appointed to Medical Panel Victoria, and has served as a Consultant on the Panel.

Dr MacBeth was appointed to the role of Medical Advisor on the WorkSafe Clinical Panel in July 2022.

She has held the senior position of AFOEM Victorian and Tasmanian Training Program Director and served as a member of the AFOEM Victoria/Tasmania Regional Committee, and AFOEM Training Committee.

Dr MacBeth undertakes a broad range of medicolegal consultations and provides expert opinions on a range of matters with a special interest in work related injuries and Fitness for Duty assessments.
