Dr Daniel Carroll is a highly experienced consultant paediatric surgeon and urologist with over 15 years of practice across the UK and Australia. He is currently based in Townsville, Queensland, where he serves as Director of Paediatric Surgery at Townsville University Hospital and consults privately at Mater Private Hospital Townsville.
With dual international training – including specialist qualifications from Oxford University, Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne, and Cambridge University Hospital – A/Prof Carroll brings exceptional expertise to both clinical care and medicolegal assessment.
He provides independent medical opinions in all aspects of paediatric surgery, with particular expertise in:
- Paediatric urology (continence, minimally invasive surgery, antenatal anomalies)
- Burns and scar management
- Fetal surgery and neonatal surgical conditions
