Professor James Tatoulis completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Master of Surgery and Doctorate in Medicine degrees at the University of Melbourne. He undertook further post graduate training for two years in the USA as a Cardiopulmonary Fellow at the University of Oregon and later worked as a Senior Cardiac Resident at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland.
Mr Malcom Baxter is an ENT Surgeon (Otolaryngology – Head and Neck) who currently practises in Melbourne and is involved in leading laryngology/respiratory research as an Honorary Consultant at Monash Medical Centre.

Mr Baxter completed his medical degree at Monash University, and post-fellowship work internationally. He has practised all aspects of his speciality for many years with a special interest in Laryngology and Ear Disease and was founding President of the Laryngology Society of Australasia. He has an extensive experience in Noise Induced Hearing Loss assessments.

Mr Baxter is certified in AMA 4th, 5th, and 6th Editions, as well as Comcare. Further, he is accredited as a Victorian IME for WorkCover and TAC, Return to Work Assessor, South Australia and for Tasmanian WorkCover.
